Admission

For fresh admissions, parents must provide a Transfer Certificate from the child's previous school, duly signed by the competent authority. Additionally, the application for admission to LKG/UKG should be accompanied by the original


Birth Certificate

Children seeking admission to class I should have completed 5 years and 6 months of age by 31st May. The age for admission to other classes will be determined accordingly, with no relaxation permitted. Moreover, pupils seeking admission to STD V to VII should have learned one more language in addition to the II language.


Withdrawal

Applications for Transfer Certificates should be submitted in writing to the A student once removed from the roll can be readmitted only after paying a re-admission fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only), subject to seat availability.

  • Applications for Transfer Certificates should be submitted in writing to the Principal by both parents. A minimum of seven days is required for the issuance of a Transfer Certificate, with a fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only). Pupils intending to leave the school must clear all fee dues before obtaining Transfer Certificate..

Examination

  • The school follows the Uniform System of evaluation suggested by the CBSE Board from Class I to XII.
  • Periodic Assessments will be conducted throughout the year for all other classes. Pupils absent from an examination for any reason will not be re-examined.
  • To be eligible for promotion, 85% attendance in regular classes and 80% attendance in physical education classes are necessary.
  • Adoption of unfair means and violation of examination rules will result in expulsion from the examination room.
  • Students are encouraged to devote about two hours in the evenings and one hour in the morning to private study during school days and more time during holidays.
  • Results once declared will not be reconsidered.
  • Progress cards will not be issued during the summer vacation but may be provided upon school reopening or on demand for a Transfer Certificate.

Rules For Promotion

  • A student is eligible for promotion in Std I to VII only if they attended classes for 80% of the total number of working days from April to March of the academic year.
  • Delay in the payment of school fees may lead to the student being debarred from appearing for an examination, and the Report Book shall be withheld. No re-examination will be conducted for absentees without a medical certificate.
