school functions.
Personal Belongings

Pupils are prohibited from wearing ornaments or bringing valuable articles to
school. They are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their books and
belongings.
Parental Visits

Parents or guardians are not permitted to visit their wards or meet teachers during
school hours without prior permission from the principal.
Communication Protocol

Any communication, request, or complaint from parents/guardians should be directed
exclusively to the principal and not to the class teacher.
Property Damage

Pupils causing willful damage to the building, furniture, apparatus, or any other
school property will be held accountable, and the cost of repairs or replacement may
be recovered from the parent/guardian.
Homework and Parental Cooperation

Homework assigned by teachers should be completed regularly, and parents/guardians
are urged to cooperate with the school authorities by checking their ward's
homework.
Punctuality and Essential Supplies

Pupils are expected to be punctual and bring the prescribed books to school.
Attendance Requirement

Pupils with a minimum attendance of 80% will be permitted to sit for examinations.
Dismissal During School Hours

Students will not be sent home or taken from school during regular school hours.
